3. Heard Sri M.Jayasimha Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Enerry for respondent No. 1, Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Stalding Counsel for TGSpDCL for respondent Nos.2 to 4 and perused the record. 2

The lear'-recl counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of property bearing Municipal No.'; -1-2121 A/3 admeasuring 320 sc .'yards situated at Plot No.18, Shiv Bagh, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, hat'ing purchased the same lrom orLe S. Satish Kumar, represented by his registered Agreement-cunr-GPA holder Smt.Dhamalapathi Savithri under registered sa-le cleed bearing document No. 19[i9 of 20 16 dated " 21.4.2016 at the office of Joint Sub-Registrar-2, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. It is lurther stated that on the a.pplication of the petitioner, respondents have sanctioned po\\()r supply to the petitioner's pr,:mises vide Service Connection Nos.A2035204 to 2035212, but suddenly without any notice the respondent authorities have changed the service connectiorts in the name of S.Satish KumzLr. Ttrerefore, petitioner made rellresentation dated

11.3.2025 to lhe respondents, requesting to change the service connections in the ttame of petitioner hcrein, but s,o far no action has been taken by the respondents. Hence, petitioner r;eeks indulgence of this Court.

The learr ed Standing Counsel appearing lbr the respondent Corporation submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 3 tl.3.2025 is pending with the respondents and the respondents will consider. and pass appropriate orders on the said representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law.

6. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and without going into merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider ald pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated
