VINOD KUMAR Writ Petition No. 10093 ol 2O25 ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri G.Aniketh Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at the admission stage.
2. Having regard to the manner of disposal of the Writ Petition at the admission stage and the nature of /s involved, this Court is of the view that notice to unofficial respondent Nos.6 to 20 is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition.
3. Shorn of unnecessary details, the case of the petitioner, in brief, is that the petitioner having filed a private complaint before the ludicial First Class Magistrate, Nalgonda, against the actions of the unofficial respondents herein and the concerned Magistrate having referred the case to the respondents-authorities to register a crime and submit a report, vide proceedings dt.03.03.2025, the 5th respondent authority has not initiated any action to register FIR against respondent Nos.6 to 20 herein, and thereby, the 5th respondent has not followed by the directions issued by the concerned Magistrate, which action of the respondents, it is 2 contended as highly illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of BNSS,

Per contra, learned Assistant Government pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 5 submits that the sttr respondent authority has received proceeding No.22gl2OZs dt.03.03.2025 on 02.04.2025 from the Principal ludicial Magistrate of First Class-cum-The Juvenile Justice Board, Nalgonda, and immediately on receiving the aforesaid proceedings, the authorities have registered a case, vide Crime No.93 of 2025 dt.02.04.2025 against the 6th respondent herein and 14 others and have taken up investigation into the matter.
5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader further submits that on completion of the investigation into the aforesaid crime registered, the authorities will file repoft before the concerned Magistrate.
6. The aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.l to 5 is taken on record.

Having regard to the submissions made as above, since, the 5th respondent has registered a crime on the same being fonararded by the concerned Magistrate, this Court is of the view that the respondents- authorities are to be directed to complete investigation and file a report in the aforesaid crime registered before the concerned Court in accordance with law. 3 To, B. Subject to above observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
