With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

Aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.5 in not receiving and registering the sale deed presented by the petitioner pertaining to the independent house on plot bearing No.1O5, Sector-l in H-Block in Sy.Nos.79lpart, 79ll Part,8l/Part, 102 Part, 103/Part and lO4lpart, admeasuring to an extent of 2OO Sq. Yards or equivalent to

167.2 Sq. Meters situated at Neknampur Village, Under Manikonda Municipality, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

3. The Assistant Government Pleader has stated that the respondents will follow the procedure contemplated under Section 71 of the Registration Act, l9O8 (for short, .the Act, r eos). 2 SK, J tr/ P 10109_2025

The Section 71 of the Act, 1908, reads as fbliows: Reasons for refusal to register to be recorded.-- (1) trvery Sub-Registrar refusing to register a document, except on the ground that the property to which it relates is not situated within his sub- district shall make an order of refusal and recorded his reasons for such order in his Book No.2, and endorse the words "registration refused" on the document; and, on application made by any person executing or claiming under the document. shal1, without payment and unnecessary delay, give him a copy of the reasons so recorded. (2) No registering officer sha1l accept lor registration a document so endorsed unless and until, under the provisions hereinafter contained, the document is directed to be registered.

In view of the above made sutrmissions coupied with the provision under Section 71 of the Act, 1908, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Registering Authority to receive, register ald release the subject document, subject to the petitioner complying with the provisions of the Act, 1908 as well as the Indian Stamp Act, 1899.
