ORDER: This appeal coming on for hearing and upon perusing the grounds of appeal, the Judgment and Decree of the Lower Court and the material papers in the case and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P.Chandrasekhara Reddy, Advocate for the Appellant and of Sri M.Venkat Ramana yadav, Advocate for the Respondent. This Court doth Order and Decree as follows

1. That the Motor Accident Civil Miscellaneous Appeal be and hereby is Allowed; 2. That the enhancing the compensation amount from Rs.'l ,98,000i- to Rs.92,200i- to Rs.2,06,8001 (Rupees Two Lakhs Six thousand Eight Hundred only) with interest at the rate of 9o/o per annum from the date bf filing the petition till date of realization; 3. That the respondent shall deposit the entire amount within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; along with interest accrued on it;

4. 5. Heard learned counsel for appellant. No representation for respondents. perused the record.

6. As per the evidencc of lr.W.2, cloctor, petltioner sustained commuted supra condylar fracturc right femur and chip fracture tibia tibia condial and cor-rtusion over chr:st. [ [c underwent operation on 20.11.2000 rvhercin the plates and screws and nail were removed. Thcre is ligment of knee joint with minimal shortening of limb. Thc c.lisabilitv is permanent in nature and approximatel-\. around 3.5yo to .15u1, ber:ausr: ol the involvement of knee joint.

7. Considering the naturc of the injuries, thrs Court finds it reasonable to grant Rs.50,OOt)/ to\\.arrds injurics. Rs.25,OOO/ towards pain and suffering, Iis.25,OOO/ fbr loss of amenities, Rs. 10,O0O/- for transportation, Rs.32,600/ for medicai expenses, Rs. 10,000/ for extra nourishment. Rs. i0,OOO/- towards attenclant charges. As he n as u.orking as a bill collector and earning Rs.2,400/ pcr month, zrncl he might not have attended his duties for a periocl of g months, this Court finds it reasonable to takc ],ris rncome as Rs.2,4OO/- per month and loss of earnings for a period of g months comes to Rs.19,200/- (24OO x 8) ancl Rs.25,OOO/_ towards removal of plants.
