Today, u,hen the matter is taken up, it is, subn-ritted by the learned counseL for the petitioner that the issue r:zrised i.:t the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order d,atecl 26.7.2O1g passed by this court i:-r w.p.No.26085 of 2018. The sane is not seriousry disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the resporrdents

In vier,,r, of the above, for the reasons alike in the order dated 26.7.2018 in w P.No.26085 of 201g, this writ petition is; disposed of directing the rr:spondents to release power supply to the premises of the petitioner r;ubject to the compliance of terms a',d co,rditions and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the occupan<:y certificate from the concorned Municipal Corporation wit.hin a prescribed period, and if rrc such occupancy certificate is produced within such period, it is op,en to the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance q.ith 1aw. Therefore for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the power supply to the premises of the petitioner subject to the compliance of the terms and conditions and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the occupalcy certificate from the concerned Municipal Corporation 2 within a prescribed period, and if no such occupancy certificate rs produced within such period, it.Ls opetr to the respondenl.s to take appropriate action in accordar ce with law.
