BHASXAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.1OO1O of 2 o25 ORDER: This Writ Petition is fiied praying this C6urt to declare the action of respondent No.4 in not considering the petitioner's application No.2SOO 153376, dated 17 .O3.2O25 seeking for conversion of the petitioner's land from agricultural use to non- agricultural purpose, even after paying the requisite fee of Rs.3,36,737/-, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently, prayed for other appropriate relief.

2. It is stated that the petitioner is a minor represented by his grandfather as guardian. It is further stated that the grandfather of the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.O. l05O guntas in Sy.No. 147 /e/@; Ac.O.1650 guntas in Sy.No. 147 le/ele; Ac.O.1350 gutnas in Sy.No.150/ e9/ e9; Ac.O.165O guntas in Sy.No. 15O/er/ee; AC.O.gsO gr-rntas in Sy.No.151/ eel2; Ac.0.O5 guntas in Sy.No.151/a/ee; Ac.O.11 guntas in Sy.No.312l60 /t l6; and Ac.0. 165O guntas in Sy.No. 151/A/A total land admeasuring Acs.2.19 gr.rntas, situated at Rampalle Village, Keesara Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District and his name was recorded as pattadar in all the revenue records 2 CVBR. J wp 10010 2025 and he was aiso issued pattadar passbook and title deed uide Patta No.2 134. It is further stated that the petitioner's grandfather had executecl a registered Gift Deed in favour of the pt:titioner uide document No.402 of 2015, dated 17.01,2015 bequeathing the aforesaid properties and basing on the said Gift Deed, the name of the petitioner was mutated in a-11 the revenue records and he was also issued pattadar passbook bearing No,TO6O7014O473 uide Khata No.1385 under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O. It is further stated that the petitioner, represented by his grandfather, has made an application, dated 17.O3.2O25 seeking for conversion of the said land from agricultural use to non-agricultural purpose. It is further stated that while making the said application, the petitiijner has also complied with all the requirements and also paid.'necessary conversion charges. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the application is fulfilling all the requirements, the respondent authorities did not pass any order for granting permission of conversion under the provisions of the Telangana Agricultural Land (Conversion for Non Agricultural hrrposes) Act, 2006 (for short "the Act, 2006"). 2. Considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for. the parties and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed ofat the admission stage.

This Court, without expressing any opinion on the right and entitlement of the petitioner for conversion of the subject land from agricultural to non-agricultural purpose and since it is stated that the petitioner has submitted oniine application No.2500 153376, dated 77.03.2O25, deems it appropriate to dispose of this furit Petition directing the respondent authority to examine the said application, if the said application fulfils all the requirements as per the provisions of the Act, 2006 ar.d in any event, if the petitioner is not entitled for conversion, the respondent authorities shall pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of lour (O4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
