2. The petitioner is the sole accused in the Crime registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 316(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023
3. Heard Mr.G.Suresh Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner, lVlr.Allu Nageswar Rao, learned counsel for the respondent No.'1lde-facfo complainant and trlr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent No.2-State

Pending this petition, the parties have entered into the compromise and, accordingly, they moved l A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 with the prayer to \ permit them to enter into compromise and by recording the settlement toi quash the proceedings against the petitioneriaccused in FIR No.197 of 2025 2 N/xJ L 1.|'c:.2 and ) 0f2025 in/ ard Cr/.P.1i0.4653 oJ 202:
5. This Court vide order dated 04.04.2025 referred the parties to the High Court Legal Services Committee for identificatic)n and to verify the voluntariness in arriving the setflement. The Secretar./, High Court Legal services committee, has submitted report dated 11.a4.2025 stating that the parties were identified by their respective counser and arso on verification of Aadhar cardsirdentity cards and the enquiries reveared that the parties have wirfury and without coerr;ion entered into settlemenUcompromise. I have considered the submissions of the lea.ned counsel and perused the materials on record

Having consldered the allegations, the charged olTences and taking into account the amicabre setrement between the partres and to restore peace among them, in the light of the dictums in Gian .Singh v. Sfate of Punjab and anothe/ and Anil Mishra y. Stafe of tJ.p.2; Sfafe of Madhya Pradesh v. Laxmi Narayan and othersr, this Court is of the considered view that quashment of the impugned proceedings in view of the set,ement by exercising jurisdiction under Section 482 cr.p.c./528 of BNSS, 2023, would be in the interest of justice. 8. Accordingly, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 arc allowed. Consequently, all proceedings in FIR No.197 of 2025 of Pet-Basheerabad Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, are hereby quashed against the petitioner/accused
