I{ASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.9 a2 of2O25 ORDER: This writ petition is filed seeki g to declare the action of the respondent authorities in ectlng the application No.2300042901, dated 24.O2.2023 made by the petitioner seeking data correction (name corre tion) ln respect of land admeasuring Ac.4.2O guntas in Sy 3O8 (Part) and Ac.2.0O guntas in Sy.No.3O8 (Part) in total ad easuring Ac.6.2O guntAS of Budvel Village, Rajendra Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently prayed for other appropriate reliefs

It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.4.2O guntas in Sy.No.3O8 (Part) and Ac.2.O0 guntas in Sy.No.308 (Part) in tal admeasuring Ac.5. 20 guntas of Budvel Village, Rajendra Na r Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and his name is mutated in he revenue records and the revenue authorities issued patt dar passbooks in his favour. It is further stated that when names of the petitioner and his father are wrongly reflecting i the Dharani Portal in respect of the subject lands, the petiti er made an application 1 2 bearing No.230OO42901, clated 24.02.2023 and the same was rejected without assigning any reasons.

3. Considered the submissions of the learned t:ounsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistan t Government Pleadr:r for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their conscnl, this writ petition is being disposcd at the admission stage.

4. This Court has carefully examined the impugned order rejecting the application submitted by the petitioner for data correction (name correction) in respect of the subject lands. Except stating that the "grievance rejected", no valid reason whatsoever has been assigned to enable the petitioner to take appropriate action. Since the impugned ordcr is not in consonancc with the principles of natural justice, the same is liable to be set aside and accordingly, the same is set aside and the respondent authorittes are directed to re-examine the application bearing No.230O042901, dated 24.O2.2023 submitted by the petitioner and if he is otherwisc eligible and entitle and lulfil all the requirements mentioned in CCLA,s circular No. 1 of 2021, daLed 15.01.2021 and Circular No. 1 of 2024, dated 2a.O2.2O24 and also the provisions of the ROR Act, 2020, consider the same and pass a reasoned order in 3 accordance with law and commu icate the same to the petitioner, within a period of eight ( 8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
