The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "To issue an appropriate Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mand.arnus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 7 in not receiving the application form and release the individual 'service connection to the petitioner the Plot No.1O77 in Survey Nos.11/11, 11/12, ald li/ 13 Part of Survey No.l1 admeasuring 3OO sq yards situated at Sri Swamy Ayyappa Cooperative Housing Society Limited, Khanamet V, Serilingampaily M, Under GHMC Ranga Reddy District, T S, bounded by North: Plot No 1O76, South: Plot No 1O78, East: Plot No 1074, West: 30 Ft Wide Road as ilIegal, null void, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to receive application and to release the individual service connection without being influenced by the instructions of the 8th respondent".

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energr for respondent No.1, Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL for respondent Nos.2 to 7 and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent No.8 and perused the record. Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue raised in the present writ petit.ion is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.326 14 of 2015 dated 18.12.2015 and requested this Court to pass similar orde:r in the present writ petition a1so. The s ame is not seriously disputed by the learned Government Pleader as well as learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order of this tlourt in W.P.No.32614 2Ol5 dated 18.12,2015, this writ petition is d;.sposed of permitting the petitioner to filt: al online application seeking electricity service connection to the petitioner's subject premises i.e., Plot No.1077 in Survey Nos. l1/11,-,il/12, and 11/ i3 Part of Sr-rrvey No.11 admeasuring 300 sq yards rsituated at Sri Swamy Ayyap,pa Cooperative Housing Society Limited, Khanamet V, Serilingampally M, Under GHMC Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of such an application, respondent Nos.2 to 7 are directed to consider the said application of the petitioner for release of the eiectricity power supply to the petitioner's subject property within ,a period of two weeks thereafter. It is however / 3 observed that if respondent Nos.2 to 7 pass orders on petitioner,s application granting release of the electricit5r power supply to the petitioner's subject property, the same shal be subject to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangala or the Hon,ble Apex court in the litigation pending before it arising out of the order dated 12.9.2O12 passed in Writ petition No.20407 of 20O8 batch.
