Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energ' for respondent No'1, Sri N'Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL for respondent Nos'2 to 7 and Sri P.Srinivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent No.8 and perused the record. \ 2

Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue raised in the present \^,rit l)etition is squarely covered by the order dated 26.7.2o78 passed by this court in w.p.No.260gs of 20 Lg. The same is not seriousl5 disputed by the learned counsel apperaring for the respondents

In vierv,tf the above, for the reasons alike in the serid order, this writ petition i's ctisposed of directing the respondents to release power supply to the premises of the petitioners subject to the compriance of terms and conditions and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the occupalc,r <rertificate from the concerned Municipal Corporation within a pres,:ribed period, and if no such occupancy certiflcate is produced withir.: such period, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
