Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may be ploased to issue ap order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Itrandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No. 2 to 4 in non-considering the representation of the Petitioner dated 2610412023 and online Application vide No.2500016274 and non-initiating to trace out the missing land of the petitioner to an extent of Ac. 0-30 gts in sy. No. 710, which is situated at Damercherla Village and [\4andal, Nalgonda District and non-initiating to issue the E pattadhar PassBook of the Petitioner is highly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violation of Articles 14. 15,21 and 300-,4 of the constitution of lndia and also violation of the Principles of Natural Justice. and consequenfly direct the Respondent No. 2 to 4 to consider the Petitioners representation dated 26-04-2023 and online Application vide No.2500016274 and to trace out his missing land to an extent of I 7//x Ac.0-30 gts in Sy. BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION N0.9855 of2025 ORDER: It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.0.30 guntas in Sy.No.71O, situated at Damercherla Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District, having purchased the same through sadabainama lrom the original pattadar, Eirga Lakshmamma and the said sadabainama, was regularised by the Tahsildar in File No. DMC / 486/ g9, dated 24.O2 .2OOl . It is further stated that the name of the petitioner was mutated in the revenue records and the revenue authorities also issued pattadar passbook No.6431 L4 uide patta No. lg6 under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and pattadar passbooks Act, 1977 and the Rules made thereunder. It is further stated that when the petitioner was not issued e-pattadar passbook under the provisions of tlie Telangana Rights in Land and pattadar passbooks Act, 2O2O (for short "the ROR Act, 2O2O"l, she has submitted online application No.25O OO162Z4, d,ated, 26.O4.2023 seeking for issuance of e-pattadar passbook along with data correction in Dharani Portal in respect of the aforesaid land. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after receiving the said application, the l l 2 CVBR, J Wp_9855,2025 respondent authorities are not considering the same Hence, the writ petition.
2. Considered the submissions of the learned coLtrlsel for the respective parties and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has vehementllr contended that issuance of e-pattadar passbook is only a consequential act of carrying the entries which have already been made under the provisions of the ROR Act, 1971. Learned counsel further submitted that the entries made in the pattadar pzrssbook are only compilation of the survey numbers and the accounts for the extent being mentioned in a particular village, and therefore, it does not take away the right of the petitioner in any manner unless the entries in the revemre records are corrected by following due procedure.

Sri L.Ravinder, iearned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has not disputed about the submission of the online application and it is stated that if the applicatioir submitted by the petitioner fulfils all the requirements, the respondent authorities will consider the same' 3 CVBR..J wp 98ss 2025

In view of the above submissions, this Court, without going into merits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent authorities -to examine petitioner,s application ulde No.2500Ot6224, dated 26.04.2023 and if the petitioner satisfied all the requiremer.ts for issuance or-e-pattadar pass book under the provisions of the ROR Act, 2O2O and the circular instructions issued by CCLA uid,e Circular No.1 of 2021, dated 15.O1.2021 and Circular No.1 of 2024, dated 28.02.2024, consider the same and if the petitioner is otherwise not entitled for issuance of e-pattadar passbook, the respondent authorities shall pass a reasoned order strictly in accordance with law and communicate the saine to the petitioner within a period of eight (g) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above observations, this Writ petition is disposed of. There sha1l be no order as to costs. 7 As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
