2. The petitioner is arrayed as an accused person in the Crime registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the lndian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 66-D of the lnformation Technology Act, 2000-2008

3. Heard trilr.B.V.S.S. B.K. Ranjith, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent No.1-State and Mr'K'VV Ramana Rao' learned counsel for respondent No.2l de-facto complainant'

Pending this petition, the parties have entered into the compromise and, accordingly, they moved l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 with the prayer to permit them to enter into compromise and by recording the settlement \ quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No'4802 \ of 2024 2 5 N7X,/ L.1.Not.)o tolZ02-t it/ dnd (lr/. l).No_ t69t o[ 202t This court v/de orders dated 03.04.2025 and lz.oq-zozrs referred the parties to the High court Legar Services committee for identification and to verify the voluntariness in arriving the setilement. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has submitted reports dated 1004'2025 and 2404-2025 stating that the parties were identified by their respective counser and arso on verification of Aadhar cards/rdentity cards and the enquiries reveared that the parties have willfully and without coercion entered into setflement/compromise.

6. I have considered the submissions of the learned counsel and perused the materials on record

Having considered the allegations, the nature of charged offences and taking into account the amicable setflement between the parties, in the right of the dictums in Gian singh v. sfafe of punjab and anotherl and Anil Mishra y. Stafe of U.p.2; State of Madhya pradesh v.
