Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition is filed by the petitioner declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in taking steps from removing the property i.e., lands admeasuring to an extent of Ac.04- 00 guntas situated at Sy.No.61, of Kongarkalan Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without fulfilling the conditions mentioned under the orders passed in CMA.No.318 of 2024 by this Court in spite of representation dated 27.03.2025 as absolutely arbitrary, illegal, high handed and violative of provisions of Registration Act, violative of the orders of this court in CMA.No.318 of 2024, apart from violative of Articles 14, 21, .) 4. Learned counsel for the respondent No.4, on oral instructions, submits that after complying the direction passed by this Court in CMA.No.318 of 2024, the respondent No.4 approached the competent authorities to take steps for deleting thb properties from prohibited list

In view of the submissions made by the both sides, the writ petition 1S disposed of directing the registering authorities without complying the orders of this Court in CMA.No.318 of 2024, not to take any steps for removing the schedule properties from the p;ohibited list. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
