2. Having regard to the manner of disposai of the Writ Petition and the nature of lis rnvolved, this Court is of the view that notice to unofhcial respondent Nos T to 12 is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition'
3. The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that the respondents- authoritiesareinterferingwiththepeacefullifeandlibertyofthe petitioner by calling him to the police station and threatening him to pay EMI dues to the unofficial respondents herein and also to settle the outstanding payments to the said respondents' without registering any case against the petitioner, which action of the respondents-authorities it is contended as highly illegal' arbitrary' unconstitutional and in violation of Articles 14, 15, 21 and 300A of the Constitution oI I ndia ' t t 2 l

Per contra, learned Government pleader appearing rn beha_lf of respondent Nor;.1 to 6 would submit that as of date no c.omplaint has been receivt:<I against the petitioner from any of the ,tnofhcial respondents; arcl that the authorities are in no way interfering with the life anrl personal liberty of the petitioner, muct, Iess for the recovery of r he amounts due to the unofficial respon dents as contended by thr: petitioner.
