Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue' Perused the materials available on record' l,earned counsel for the petitioners would submit that 3. petitioners are the absolute owners and possessors of land admeasuring Ac.15-O2 gts in Sy'No'S14 and Ac'13-O8 gts in Sy.No.513, situated at Gorrekunta Village' Gessugonda Shivar, Janpak, Warangal District (for short "the subject land"). He further submitted that petitioners have frled a writ petition utde W.P.No.2887 of 2O2l' before this Court' and this Court disposed of the said writ petition on - 2 | | .O2.2O21 , directing the respondents thereir to consider the representation made by petitioners hereit . He further submitted that petitioners have hled a writ tetition uide W.P.No.13597 of 2O2O, for issuance of pattader oassbook in favour of petitioners in respect of subject Iz L_-.d and this Court directed Tahsildar, Warangal Distri:r_ to issue pattadar passbook in favour of petitioners. He further submitted that respondents herein ale ir-r _, rfering into subject land and threatening the petitione r s with dire consequences and official respondents have isr; red pattadar passbooks in favour of respondent Nos.4 to 1 1, illegally and trying to sell subject land by way of illegai layout and making out plots and also approaching the KUI ,A for layout permission and for sanction of construction p: raissions in respect of subject land by suppressing the f:u ts and also by showing the false and forged documents.

He further submitted that petitioners made an application on 29.11.2O2L to KUDA, requestingl the ofhcial respondents not to grant arry permission for ayout etc, petitioners have also filed a writ per.i ion uid.e W.P.No.37537 of 2O2l arrd the said writ pe _rtion was disposed of directing the Greater Warangal Municipal 5 Corporation and KUDA to consider and dispose of representation dated 29.11.2021 within 45 days by duly issuing notice to the unofficial respondents. He further submitted that petitioners have made an application dated O2.O2.2O22 to respondent Nos.2 and 3, to cancel the pattadar passbook issued in favour of unofficial respondents in respect of subject land, but respondent Nos.2 and 3 did not consider the said application made by petitioners herein. Aggrieved by the same, petitioners hled the present writ Petition.
5. karned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that petitioners filed a writ petition uide W.P-No-14O79 of 2023, uide order dated lO.O7 '2023, this Court directed the District Collector, Warangal, to reconsider the application of the petitioners for issualce of pattadar passbooks in respect of subject land.

Learned counsel for unoflicial respondents liled counter affidavit stating that petitioners have been filing multiple writ petitions and they have also filed suit uide O.S.No.1365 of 2O2O seeking perpetual injunction in respect of very same lands involved in the present writ pqtition making similar allegations. P-etitio-ners herein 4 suppressed the hling of said suit in the p resent writ petition. He further submitted that thr: Tahsildar, Geesugonda Mandal/respondent No.3 has : ldressed a letter to the Sub-Inspector of police, p.S. : e:esugonda, respondent No.3 upon enquiry categorically held that petitioners are not having any agricultu r : land in Sy.Nos.S13 arrd 514, situated at Gorrekur 1.a Village, Geesugonda Mandal arrd the total land in the ir )ove survey numbers is non-agriculture land exi;r,ed with houses/house sites, Industries, Godowns ar: r developed with infrastructure. Hence, he would r; rbmit that petitioners are making multiple efforts to crea r: litigation against unofhcial respondents and petitioners herein are not holding land in Sy.Nos.513 and 514 of ]orrekunta Village. +. Having heard learned counsel for the per_; _roners and learned counsel for unofficial respondents, petitioners herein are not entitled for aly relief mur:h less relief sought in the present writ petition. This O r -rrt is not inclined to examine the disputed questior of facts. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
