BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.9796 of 2ol25 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed praying this Court to direct the respondent authorities to enter the petitioner's name in the revenue records and issue pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the agricultural land admeasuring Acs.2.20 guntas in Sy.No.98 AA/Al l; Ac. 1.03 guntas in Sy.No. lO7 /Al L and Ac.1.OO guntas in Sy.No.l l2/8, situated at Deshaipally Village, Damaragidda Mandal, Narayanapet District, pursuant to the order passed by respondent No.3 in Case No.B/7946/2O24, dated nil- 1O.2O24.

It is stated that the petitioner and her husband have acquired the agricultural land admeasuring Acs.2.2O guntas in Sy.No.98 AA/ A/ l; Ac. l.O3 guntas in Sy.No.1O7lA/ r and Ac.l.OO guntas in Sy.No. I 12/E, situated at Deshaipally Village, Damaragidda Mandal, Narayanapet District and the petitioner had alienated part of the properties in favour of respondent No.S through registered sale deed bearing document No.6908 of 2O 19, dated 07 .06.2019 . It is further stated that, due to -disputes, the petitioner has instituted a suit seeking for .\ cancellation of the said sale deed uide O.S.No.48 of 2024 on the -) 2 (- CVBR, J Wp_9796_2025 Iile of the Junior Civil Judge, Kosgi, Narayanpet and pending adjudication of the.said suit, respondent No.5 also instituted a suit for partition and separate possession urde O.S.No. 1O0 of 2024 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Kosgi, Narayanpet. It is further stated that the petitioner also hled an application under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of parents and Senior Citizens Act,2OOZ before respondent No.3 praying not to allow any transaction over the subject property pending adjudication of the said suit. Respondent No.) uide order, dated nil-tO-2O24 in Case No.B/7946/2024, disposed of the said application stating that respondent No.4 informed, on phone, that as per the interim orders passed by the Court, the land has already been entered in the prohibited properties register and no registrations could be made till the receipt of the Court orders. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Governmenl Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos. I to 4 and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed o[ at the admission stage. In view of the nature o[ 3 CVI]R, J w p _9't96_2025 relief as sought for in this writ petition, issuance of notice to the unofficial respondents is dispensed with.
4. This Court has carefully examined the order in Case No.B/7946/2O24, dated rrll- lO-2O24. The grievance of the petitioner has already been addressed by respondent No.3 as it is observed in the impugned order that the properEy has already been entered in the prohibited properties register, this Court is of the opinion that the ends of justice would be met if the petitioner is permitted to pursue her remedies in the pending
5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs
