The petitioner by the present Writ petition seeks a direction to respondent Nos.l to 20 to follow due process of law, conduct proper investigation based on documentary evidence not attributing molestation and allied offences only based on whatsapp chats and also register case, if any, only on substantial and corroborative evidence against the petitioner and being illegal, unjust, without authority of law, 3161y3ry, violation of principles of natural justice. 3. Per contra, leamed Govemment pleader for flome appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.l, and 5 to 20 would contend that the petitioner herein cannot direct the manner and course of investigation l I 2 for the authorities to adopt if any crime is registered against him except seeking the relief of following process as estabtished by law' 4. Leamed Govemment Pleader for Home further submits that based on the complaint rrrade by respondent No.22, a case vide cr.No.g2l2025 has been regisrered against rhe petirioner on the file of respondent No' 18 i'e' P'S' Musheerabad' wherein the petitioner herein is arraYed as accused No' t- 5.
