2. Heard Mr. S.Chalapathi Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Irrigation Department appearing for respondent Nos. 1, 4 and 5 and learned Government Pleader for Revenue Depa_rtment appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3. Perused the material available on record.
3. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to consider his representation dated 27 .O4.2O24, for appointment to a suitable post in terms of G.O.Ms.No.45, dated 2a.12.2O2O, issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, in light of the submergence and acquisition of the petitioner's father's tand and residential property for the construction of the l,ower Maler Dam under the SRSp Project.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his father, late Gali Ramakrishna, was the owner-of land admeasuring Ac.0.02 guntas in Survey No.33, Hasnapur Village, Lower Maner Dam Colony, along with a residenknl house bearing No.2-34. The said { 2 wP_9775 2025 RRN, J land and house were submerged as part of the a,rquisition for the construction of the Lower Maner Dam. Consequent to such submergence, the petitioner's family became landless and was displaced.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further r;ubmits that the Government issued G.O.Ms.No.45, dated 28.12.'.>.O2O, to provide suitable empioyment to eligible members of families displaced by the construction of the Lower Maner Dam. As the tegal hefr of the affected family, the petitioner submitted a re presentation on 27 .O4.2O24 , requesting appointment to a suitable post such as Junior Assistant, Work Inspector, Off,rce Sub-Ordinate, or Lascar, and enclosed all relevant supporting documents. However, the respondents have failed to act upon the said represe:ntation.
6. karned counsel for the respondents subreits that in the representation dated 27.O4.2024 submitted by the petitioner, there is no evidence and no proof for disposal of the same

Having considered the submissions made by both the learned counsel for parties arrd without going into merits of the case, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the representation dated 27.O4.2024 submitted by the petitioner, and pass appropriate 3 wP 9775_2025 RRN, J orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight (Og) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 8" With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
