This Writ Petition is hled seeking to declare the action of the respondents in refusing to register the subject document submitted by the petitioner on the ground of issuance Lr.No.Fll2O5l/2OO6, dated 28 11'2006 and Lr.No.Fl/2051 l2006, dated 2a.Ol-2017, issued by respondent No.4 read with G.O.Ms.No.1O77, dated 07 O8 2007 and Lr.No.G3/8026 /2018, d'ated 15.O7.2019, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct respondent No'3 to register the subject document presented by the petitioner in respect of open plot No.472-G, G-Block in Suruey No 343, admeasuring 500 square yards, which is equivalent to 418.06 square meters, situated at Tellapur Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, under the cit5r Municipal limits of Tellapur Municipa-lit1z, Sangarddy District' without reference to the aforesaid letters' '

The reasons assigned in the refusal order by respondent No.3 read as under: "The District Collector, Sargareddy has dirccted not to entertain any sale transactions on the lards transacted by the Industrial Employees Cooperative House Building Society vide Lr.No.F 1/2051/06, dated 28.11.2006 and 2A.Ol.2Ol7 read wirh G.O.Ms. tO77. dated o7 .o8.2007 . In vicw oI Ihc above. the pending document bcaring No.460/2O22 has becn refused for registration.,,

The issue involved in this Writ petition is squarely covered by the common order passed by this Court in W.P.No.96O4 of 2O2O and Batch, dated 28.02.2023 and the sarne is not disputed by learned Assistant Government p.leader tbr Stamps and Registration. The relevant portion from the said order reads as follows: "In the light of the above, the impugned orders passed by the respondents tn the batch of ivrit petitions by referring to the letters of the District Collector, Sangareddy District i.c .
