Learned counsEl for Lhe petitioners submitted that the petitioner No. l=industry, which was earlier run by a partnership of the petitioners who hrm and'sub-sequently, the family were also the partners had sold the property and the petitioner had purchased the same from subsequent purchasers and the petitioner No. I is now being run by the sole proprietor' learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner No' 1' being the sole owner, has also obtained no-objection certificates from the other partners and had submitted an application to the respondents for allotment of paddy However' the same was not considered and was rejected on 06.01.2025 with certain objections' Thereafter, petitioner No' 1 claims to have made another 2 representltion on 13.03.2025 and is seeking consider the same. a direction to

Learned counsel for the pe titioners now suLbmits that petitioner No. 1 will provide all the relevant docurrrents if. the respondents inform him about the required clocuments and is seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representation and pass appropriate orders for allocation of paddy.
