Today, u.hen the matter is taken up, it is subrnitted by the learned coursel for the petitioners that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered b1, the order dated 26.7.2018 passed by this Court in W.p.No.260g5 of 20 I g. The same is not seriously disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents

In view of the above, for the reasons a,like in the said order, this writ petition is' disposed of directing the respondents to release power supply to the lrremises of the petitioners subject to the compriance of terms and conditions and on furnishing al undertaking to produce the occupancy certificate from the concerned Municipat Corporation within a prescribed period, and if no such occupancy certihcate is produced within such period, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate :rction in accordance with 1aw.
