The writ petition is frled with the following prayer: "To issue writ order or direction more particulady one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the respondents 2 to 7 to provide electncity connection Supply to 3 Nos Single Phase Domestic Services of 2 KW and 1 I Nos Three Phase Domestic Service of 5 KW over the existing 1 No Single Phase Non Domestic Service (V2032358) of 2 KW thus making a total load of 63 KW duly proposing a separate 63 KVA DTR Connection to the Residential Building in H.No.19278/52 and 1927a/521A, Plot No.52 total admeasuring 365 Sq Yards (205 + 169 Sq Yards) situated at Balaji Nagar, Zamisthanpur, Hyderabad, T S, bounded by North: Neighbours House No 19278/5213, South: Neighbours House No.19278/51, East: Neighbours House No.19274/52/7, West: 30 Wide Road without insisting upon occupancy cerlificate from the 8th respondent by holding that the refusal to provide electricity connection to the above referred premises is illegal and arbitra4/.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energr for respondent No. 1, Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL for respondent Nos.2 to 7 and G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appea-ring for Respondent No.8 and perused the record. \ \ \ 2

Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel lor the petitioner that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 26.7.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.26085 of 2018. The iame is not seriously disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents

In view of the above, for the reasons alike in the sald order, this writ petition is drsposed of directing the respondents to release power supply to the lrremises of the petitioner subject to the c,rmpliance of terms and conditions and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the occupancy certihcate from the concerned Municipal Corporation within a prescribed period, and if no such occupancy certifrcate is produced within such period, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with lau,.
