3. The trial Court gralted ad-interim injunction 1n I.A.No.346 of 2019 on 04.12.2019 and from then onwards the interrm injunction was extended from time to time. It is stated lhat suit is filed for partition ald separate possession and in view of bifurcation of the judicial districts, the matter is transferred from Narsapur to Salgareddy and it was renumbered as O.S.No.987 of 2022. During the pendency of the proceedings, petitioner No.2 died and he has no LRs and sole defendant died. In view of pendency of LR application, injunction was not extended, as such petitioner filed the present petltion s" 2
