The case o1_ the lretitioner is that he s.ubrritted a representation dated 2O.O2.2O25 before the respondent rurthorities seeking to issue patt€rdar passbooks in his favour, t,ul even after receiving the said r:pre.sen tation, the respondent arrrhorities are not considering the sarr e, due to which he is -rot in a position to receive various inc,:ntives as investment sulrsidies sanctioned by the Gc,vernment under various schenr,: s for cultivation of the lands. Hence, this writ petition.

It is hrrther submitted that as per t h e rolicy enunciated by the State (iovrrrnrrent vide riated 25.07. 19Sg, the assigned lands are only G.O.Ms.No. 1406 \\ ( ,I -) heritable and the same are not alienable, and if the petitioner has purchased the said lands, he is not entitled for issuance of pattadar passbooks in respect of the subject lands' In view of the above submissions' this Court deems it 5. appropriate to dispose of this writ petition permitting the petitioner to make appropriate online application seeking to issue pattadar passbooks in respect of the subject lands in the prescribed format in Bhu Bharati Web Portal' In the event of such application being made by the petitioner and if the same fulfils all the requirements under the provisions of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Acl' 2025 (for short "the Bhu Bharati Act") and the Rules made thereunder' the respondent- authorities shall examine and consider the case of the petitioner' In any event, if the application of the petitioner does not fulfil the requirements and eligible for issuance of pattadar passbooks under the Bhu Bharati Act and the Rules made thereunder' the respondent-authorities shall pass a reasoned order' in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner' The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (O8) weeks from the date ofreceipt of the application' 4 \
