01.09.2008 onwards together with arrears and ottrer beneflts to which petitioners are entitled.

3. Learned counsel for respondents sated that thcy have paid the entire amounL of Transport Allowance as per the Officc memo dated 29.08.2008 and in the tabuiar form of the merno, the detaits of rate ol transport allowance per month to each emplovee ,,vas givcn.
