VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITION 0.23506 of 2OlO ORDER The writ petition is filed seeking a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not considering cases in application Nos.E2/455/4L/O6, D2/4ssl42lo6 and E2/455/45/O6 for regularization of the land to an extent of 800 sq. yards in 'situated at Road Sy.No.129149 corresponding to new Sy.No.30, No.12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, In terms of G.O.Ms.No.455 Revenue (UC) Department dated
29.O7.2OO2, as illegal and arbitrary.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the unofficial respondents.
3. Both the learned counsel submitted that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioners and the respondents No.3, 4, 6 and 7 represented by their General Power of Attorney, respondent No.5, have entered into a compromise and to that effect a copy of the joint of memo of understanding dated 15.09.2025 has been filed vide USR.No.1OO92O/2O25 in the Registry, signed by the petitioners, respondents No.3, 4, 6 and 7 (represented by respondent No.5 as their GPA), respondent No.5 and respondent No.8 along with their respective counsel. On specifically asked, both the counsel confirm the terms of compromise as recorded in ) - *-1 the joint memo of compromise. The same is taken on record and the terms of the joint memo of compromise are as urder:
1. All parties agree that irrespective of the result, in the aforementioned Writ Petitions, the Writ Petitioners and R.espondent No.8 shall share the Schedule Property admeasuring 94O Square yards equally or sell the same and share the sale proceeds equally in accordance with law.
2. The Petitioners and Respondent Nos.3 to 8 (Respondent Nos.3, 4,6 and 7 are represented by their GPA Syed Siraj Akbar, Respondent No. 5) jointly state and agree that this compromise is intended to remain binding and operative irrespective of the outcome of the aforementioned Writ Petttions (namely W.P.No.19969 of 2OO7, W.P.No.20060 of 2OO-:, W.p.No.28741 of 2008 and W.P.No.29200 of 2008), and that the terms herein shall conclusively govern the rights and obllgations oF the parties in relation to the Schedule Property in a I eventualities.

That, it is further agreed between the parties as. under:- a b This compromise is thus not aFfected by an./ result in the batch of Writ Petitions (namely W.P.No.19969 of ZOO7, W.P.No.20060 ot 2OO7, W.P.No.28741 cf 2008, and W.P.No.29200 of 2008). Both parties have paid regularization charges to the Government (Respondent No.1) and may seek adjustment of the same in case of regularisation, but do not propose to seek refund of the same in ilny event and hence the interests of the Government (Respondent No. 1) are not affected insofar as the Schedule property is concerned. c This compromise shalt not have any bearing in respect of the subject matter of the above batch of writ petitions -) (namely W.P.No.19959 of 2007, W.P.No.20060 of 2OO7, W.P.No.28741 of 2008, and W.P.No.292OO of 2OO8).
4. That this Joint Memo of Compromise is accordingly being filed, and it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass appropriate orders to give effect to and effectuate the said comPromise, thereby enabling the Petitioners and Respondent No.8 to jointly alienate the Schedule Property to third parties and apportion the sale proceeds as agreed, as the respondent No.3 to 7 received entire consideration from Respondent No.8.
4. Since this Court is satisfied that the aforesaid compromise by way of joint memo of compromise is executed by the parties out of their free will and without any coercion and they confirm the terms thereof, there is no impediment in recording the said compromise.
5. In view of the above. the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the joint memo of compromise dated 15.09.2025. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. SD/.
