2. Heard Mr N.Ramu, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Governrnent Pleader for Finance appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

3. Learned c,)unsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from s;€rrvice on 31.01'2025 and till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

Learned C,overnment Pleader submlts that the bills pertaining to the retireme rt benefits of the petitioner are already processed' However, due tr.r dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petition,:r on time. Learned Government Pleacler fufther submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amotrnts will be \ released to tht: reneficia ries.
