Aggrieved by the action of the respondent Nos'S and 6 herein in refusing to receive and register the Sale Deed presented by the petitioner in respect of the Plot Nos' 165 and 166, admeasuring to an extent of 500 Square yards each, in Sy.No.5/3, situated at BNR Hills, Raidurg Panmaktha Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, the petitioner filed the present writ petition'

In vieri- of the above made submissiolts coupled u,ith the provisir)n under Section 71 of the Act, 190g, this writ petition is <iisposcd of directing the Registering Authority to receive, register and release the subject do<;ument, subject to the petitioner complying with the provisions of the Act, 1908 as well as the Indian Stamp Act, 1g99. It will be open t9 the Rerlisterir-rg Authority to refuse the document prcsented l;efore him, if he has any ob.iection, by duly assigning .easons i, support of suctr decision and sr(, J W.P,No.9569 of 2025 communicate the said decision to the petitioner' It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case as to the entitlement of the petitioner to get the subject document registered. There shall be no order as to costs.
