P.NO. 9859 0F 2025 In this writ petition, the petitioners are seeking a direction to the respondents No.3,5 to 7 to demarcate the boundaries of the petitioners' land in Survey Nos. 126, 128, 129,133, 134 and 136, to an extent of Ac.2, situated at Hasanparthy Village and Mandal of Hanumakonda District and to pass such other order or orders in the interest ofjustice.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the lands of the petitioners in the above survey numbers were initially acquired by the Government under the Land Acquisition proceedings for setting up a training center and subsequently, the same was cancelled and the Iand was to be handed over to the petitioners. However, no action was taken by the respondents to handover the possession and Lherefore, the petitioners had approached the authorities for hxing of the specihc boundaries between the Survey No 127, in which the training center is located, and lhe petitioners had made several representations, and consequent to the same, the notices dated , I
