This Writ petition is filed praying this Court to set aside G.O.Ms.No.l4, Revenue (Land Administration_ll) Department, dated 20.02.2025, wherein the land admeasuring 2OO0 square yards in Sy.No.2O7, Bagh Hayathnagar Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District was allotted for the purpose of construction of 33/ l1 KV Sub_station and consequently, difect the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession,of the petitioners house plot No.36 situated without following due process of law. ln Sy.No.207lA,

It is stated that petitioner No. I had purchased ptot No.36 admeasuring 3OO square yards in Sy.No.207/A, situated. at Bagh Hayathnagar Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, through registered sale deed bearing document No.g9g5 of It is further stated that since the is in an un-approved layout, the petitioner had made application seeking for regularization of the layout by paying requisite amount and the said application is pending for consideration. The grievance of the petitioner is that disputing the natrlre of the lancl and its sub-division records and claiming that the (iovernment owns extent of 2OOO square yards in Sy.No.2O7, the salrre was allotted for the purpose of construction ol 33/ I 1 KV sub station by issuing the impugned G.O. and under the guise of allotment of the said sub-station, thil' ies ponden ts are interfering with the peaceful possession of the;petition er's house plot situated in Sy.No.2O7/A and forcibly dispossessing the petitioner from his house plot.

A careful reading of the impugned G.O. would reveal that the land in Sy.No.207 was allotted by the Government ,.for construction of 33/ 11 KV sub-station claiming that the lan{ to I I an extent of 2OO0 square yards in Sy.No.2O7 is Government Land. Whereas it is the contention of the petitioner that his house plot is forming part of Sy.No.2O7/A. Since there is a dispute with regard to identification of the lands in Sy.No,207 ar.d 2O7 /A, the respondent authorities are not having any right to dispossess the existing possession of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing the respondent authorities to conduct survey of the lands forming part o[ Sy.No.2O7/A wherein the petitioner has claimed that his house plot is situated and the land in Sy.No.2O7, which was allotted by the Government for the purpose of construction of 33/11 KV sub-station after issuing notice to the adjacent plot owners and after identihcation and fixation of the boundaries, the respondent authorities are directed to take steps for implementation of the impugned G.O 4 CVBR.
