2. Heard Mr. R, Rajasekhar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Servicei-III for respondent Nos. l, 3 to 5 and learned Government Pl,,:ader for Services-I for respondent No.2.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the l)etitioner retired from service on 31.07.2024 and till now, her rotirement benefits were not released by the respondents.
4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are already processed. \ However, due to dearlh of funds, the amounts could not be released 1- to the petiEodei oh'-'time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amoun[s will be released to the beneficia ries.

Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release and pay the t I retirement benefits i.e., G.P.F amount of Rs.15,04,687l- with Token :a 'No.2523635905 No.2522450334, dated 14.0g.2024, Commutation Bill Amount of Rs.5,21,185/- with Token No.2523635065, dated 07.OI.ZO25, and (ii) Rs.15,07,180/- with Token dated 07.0I.2025, Gratuity Amount oF Rs.4,11,118/- with Token No.2523635420, dated 07.OL.2O2S and (ii) Rs.11,BB,BB2I_ witHtoken - No.2523635065, dated 07.OL.2O2S, and Encashment of Leave amount of Rs.15,45,010/- with Token No.2522457560, dated t9.08.2024 and (ii) E.L (pending biil) of Rs.2,10,083/_ with Token No.2417300829, dated r0.07.2023 (3r.03.2024) and Medicar Biil of Rs.1,20,000/- with Token No.2453546830, dated 17.O2.2O24 and Arrears of Pension bill amount of Rs.2,52,863/_ with Token No.2523634171, dated 07.OL.2O2S, pertaining to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of ten (10) weeks.from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
