ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'C.R.p.C') by the petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos. 1 to 7 to quash the proceedings against them in. Crime No.08 of 2024 on the file of the Chintalapalem Police Station, Mallareddigudem, Suryapet District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 read with 34 of the lndian Penat Code, 1860.
Heard Chalakani Venkat Yadav, learned Counsel, learned counsel for petitioners and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1- State.
