Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of other 4th respondent in furnishing wrong report to the 3rd respondent as to the status and nature of the land held by the petitioner to an extent of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1.21 guntas in survey no. 130, situated at Bachupally Village, Quthbullapur. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is absolute owner of land to an extent of Acs.l.2l guntas in Survey No.130, situated ar Bachupally village, euthbullapur Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri Disrrict ('subject land, for .brevity) having acquired the same through his mother vide registered gift settlement dged bearing No.t35t7 dated 3r.07.2007 and. has been in possession and his name is reflected in the revenue records until introduction of the "Dharani Portal". 3-1. He further submit that originally the land is classified as patta Land and in the Dharani portal, the subject land is reflected as 'Government Land' vide (JLC File No.G113g0/06 dated 0g.04.2011, but on verification of the said file only Ac.0.3l guntas was decrared as 'ceiling surplus' under the uLC file and the entire extent of land 3 (Acs.1.21 guntas) was placed on the prohibitory list under section 22A of the Registration Act. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed an application dated 14.11.2023 for passbook data correction. The said application was not recommended by respondent No.2 vide order dated 25.06.2024 based on the remarks of respondent No.4 which reads as follows: "on verification of revenue records pahani for the year 1975-76 & L999-2000 of Bachupaily village, the survey No.130, to an extent of Acs.l.2r guritas is crassified as Patta stands in the name fo Kista Reddy. As per the Dharani pahani, Survey No.l30 is classified as Government Land. on verification of Ec, it is found that so many sale deds are executed in Survey No.l30 with square yeards. hence, the petitioner of the application requested for Transfer of Land from Notional Khata (all types) to Patta is rejected.', , \
4. Declaring the said report of respondent No.4 as illegal, this writ petition is filed and thus, seeks to pass appropriate orders.

Learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue would submit that during verification, it revealed that subject land is ULC Land vide c.c.No.G1/380/06 in prohibired list of Bachupally village and Mandal and in that regard the petitioner is informed to bring NoC I ,i i i.i IJ lEg t! I i I ! i l. t,i I I 4 from the ULC Department to follow the process and without ULC NOC the application cannot be considered and hence, the petitioner's request has been rejected and thus, seeks to pass appropriate orders.
6. In view of the above submissions, without going into the merits and demerits of the case, petitioner is granted liberty to approach the competent authority to work out his remedies.
