2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

3. It is stated that the petitioner's husband is the owner and possessor of agriculture land to an extent of Ac.0.20 guntas (out of total Ac.1. 14 guntas) in Sy.No.76/AA2 and his name has been mutated in a1l the revenue records uide proceedings, dated

05.07.1996 and pattadar passbook uide Patta No.484 has been issued in his favour under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971(for short "the ROR Act, 197 l") and the Rules made thereunder. It is the case of the petitioner that her husband executed a Gift Deed uide docuytent - * 2 No.4OO1 of 2O'2O, dated I l.O5.2O2O in her favour and therefore, she submitted an online application uide No.24OOO32754, dated

23.05.2024 seeking mutation of her name in the revenue records basing on the Gift Deed ar-rd for consequential issuance of pattadar passbooks in respect of the subject Iands under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O (for short "the ROR Act,2O2O"l, but no action has been taken by the respondenl authorities till date.

Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has not disputed about the submission oI the Dharani application and it is stated that if the application submitted by the petitioner fulfils all the requirements, the respondent authorities will consider the same.

In view of the above, since it is stated that the petitioner has acquired land to an extent of Ac.O.20 guntas in Sy.No.78/AA2 by way of Gift Deed uide document No.4OO1 of 2O2O, dated 11.05.2020 and submitteci an application seeking mutation of her name and for consequential issuance of pattadar passbooks in her favour in respect of the subject property, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing the respondents to consider the online application uide No.24OOO327 54, dated 23.05.2024 submitted by the petitioner. If the petitioner satisfied all the i J requirements for issuance of e-pattadar pass book under the provisions of the ROR Act, 2O2O and the circular instructions issued by CCLA vide Circular No. 1 of 2021, dated 15.01.202 1 and Circular No. 1 of 2024, dated 28.02.2024, consider the same and if the petitioner is otherwise not entitled for issuance of e-pattadar passbook, the respondent authorities shall pass a reasoned order strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to lhe Petitioner.
