2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner; Sri L. Ravinder' learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent thiS writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The petitioner is the owner and possessor of lands admeasuring Ac.O-03 guntas in Sy.No'311/A and Ac'O-15 guntas in Sy.No.3l 1/B situated at Thorror Revenue Vitlage, Municipality and Maldal, Mahabubabad District, having 2 acquired th€ same from his ancestors and th,e revenue authoritie's have mutated his name in the rer.enue, rr,:cords and also issued pattadar passbooks uide Patta Nc,.5,16 in his favour urLder the provisions of the Telalgan a Righl.s in Land and Pattadar lrass Books Act, l97l (for short 'the Act, lg7 l). It is further r:ase of the petitioner that in the mealwhile, the Government has repealed the Act, l97l and enacted new Act called as "thr-. Telangana Rights in Land and Pzrtt adar Pass Books Ac.,, 2t)2O" (for short Act, 2O2O'1, arrrf the respondent authorities have mutated the names of third pzLrtles in the revenue records ald also issued pattadar passbool;.s in their favour in respect of the subject property, thet.efore, he submitted an online application bearing No.AA:263949O0 dated 22.02.2025 for rectification of the entries in the Dharani Portal in resp(lct of the subject property ald lor conr,;equential issuance of p:rttadar passbooks in his favour, but till date no action has L,een taken by the responder,ts on the said representa.tior s.

Learrred oounsel for the petitioner subrnitted that while altering tLLe entries in the revenue records, the respondent authorities; have not followed the law laid dorvn brr this Court i--\-- t\ 3 in Chinnam Pandurangam o. Mandal Reaenue Officer, Serilingampallg Mandal & otherst, wherein this Court has observed that before initiating any proceedings, a notice has to be issued to all the interested persons over the subject property.

Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistalt Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that if the application submitted by the petitioner fulfils all the requirements, the respondent authorities will consider the same' In view of the said submissions, this Court deems it 6. appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing the respondents to examine the application bearing .submitted by the No.AA26394900 dated 22.02.2025 petitioner.
