Noiv, as per the new Presidential Order 2018, the post of HCs is Zonal cadre post and the post of ASI (Civil) is a zonal carlre. The revised service rules vtz-a-viz in accordaLnce with appointing authoritics arc yet to be approvcd by thc Government.
