2. Heard Sri S.Laxmikanth, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri V.M.M Chary, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and Sri E.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent- State. Perused the record.

3. Since the petitioners/ accused in both the revisions are one and the same, they are heard together and disposed of by way of this common order.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners and unofltcial res,poq{en!.No.2, in 2 one voicc-, su t,m ittcd that both the parties have compromised the mattcr :rn,l .rccordingly, I.A.Nos. I and 2 of |2024 are filed seeking to cornpound the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiablt llrstrumcnts Act and Lo set aside the impugned judgment.
