Pradeep, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2, submits that in Crime No.99 of 2017 , a final report was filed on 21 .10.2020 before the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Manthani, endorsing the case as "Undetected." He, therefore, contends that the petitioner's grievance no longer survives for adjudication and prays for dismissal of the writ petition.

Having regard to the petitioner's prayer see( ng a direction to respondent No.2 to complete the investigation in the ;aid crime, and in view of the development reported by the responderrl police authorities that a final report has already been filed, it is evident tlr rt the grievance of the petitioner stands effectively addressed. Accordirl ly, nothing further ( rernains for consideration in this writ petition.
