2. considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

It is stated that the petitioner,s father was the owner and possessor of agriculture land to an extent of Ac.1.2O guntas in sy.No.343B and his name was recorded in the revenue records and he was also issued pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of the subject lands. It is the case of the petitioner that her father executed a Gift Deed uide document No.2466 of 2019 dated 14.08.2019 in her favour and therefore, she submitted an online //' l 2 application bearing No 24OOOOSO 12' dated' 29 'O4 '2024 seeking to mutate her name in the revenue records basing on the said Gift Deed and for consequerrtial issuance of pattadar passbooks as per the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2O2O (for short 'Act' 202O')' but even after receiving the said application, the respondent authorities are not considering the sameforissuanceofe_pattadarpassbooksinherfavour.
4. Sri L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has not disputed the submission of application by the petitioner for mutation of her name and for consequential issuance of pattadar passbooks in her favour Section 6 of the Act' 2O2O confers power on the Tahsildar to 5. update the Record of Rights when rights over land are acquired through succession, survivorship' or inheritance Lcgai heirs or family members must reach a consensus on how to divide the land and submit a joint agreement online The Tahsildar' alter assigning a convenient date and time, will verify the documents and collect mutation charges. Upon verifrcation' the Tahsildar will instantly update the records and issue either a new or updated Pattadar Pass Book-cum-Title Deed, along rt,ith an extract of the changes. The 7/ 1 J I 1 heirs are also required to furnish family details for inclusion in the updated title deeds.

In view of the above, as the petitioner has submitted an online application for mutation of her name in the revenue records I I and for consequential issuance of pattadar passbooks in her favour in respect of the subject property, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing respondent authorities to consider the online application No.240OO08O12, dated 29.O4.2024, submitted by the petitioner alter issuing notices to all the interested persons. If the petitioner satisfied all the requirements for issuance of e-pattadar pass book under the provisions of the ROR Act,2O2O and the circular instructions issued by CCLA vide Circular No. 1 of 2021 , dated l5.Ol .2021 and Circular No. I of 2024, dated
24.02.2024, consider the same and if the petitioner is otherwise not entitled for issuance of e pattadar passbook, the respondent authorities shall pass a reasoned order strictly in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
