2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

It is stated .that the petitioner's late father namely Epuru Janardhan Reddy was the absolute owner and possessor of agriculture land to an extent of Ac.39.19 guntas in Sy.No.37l3 situated at Ayodhyapur Village, Gudur Mandal, Mahabubabad District and his narne was recorded in the revenue records and he was also issued pattadar passbooks and title deeds as per the provisiom.sf the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass i I l I I I 2 petitionrlr tLI Books A,:t, l' ' 1 (for short 'the Act, 197 1'). If tlre petitioner is aggrievecl v'i I the action of the respondent authoriti':s lor mutating the name c 1- ' :spondent No.5 in the revenue records, ht is at liberty 7 3 to approach the competent civil Court by instituting a suit seeking declaration of the rights over the subject property

In view of the above, this Court is of the oy'rnion that ends of justice would be met if the petitioner is relegated to approach the competent Civil Court and seek appropriate relief, in accordance with law and after obtaining the decree, the petitioner is entitled to make an application seeking correction of the entries and lor consequential issuance of pattadar passbooks in his favour.
