VINOD KUMAR Writ Petition N o.9L29 of 2O25 ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petltioners, Sri G.Aniketh Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader For Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at the admission stage.
2. Having regard to the manner of disposal of the Writ Petition at the admission stage and the nature of /s involved, this Court is of the view that notice to unofficial respondent No.5 is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition.
3. Shorn of unnecessary details, the case of the petitioners, in brief, is that while there exists a business dispute (civil dispute) between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents, the respondents-authorities are involving in the said business dispute without any authority of law, thereby, interfering with the petitioners' personal life and liberty, which action of the respondents-authorities, it is contended as highly illegal, arbitrary and without sanction of law.

Per contra, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4 would submit that the \i-i 2 5th respondent herein had approached the respondents and lodged a complaint against the petitioners herein and based on the complaint, the authorities have registered a case, vide Crime N0.36 of 2025 on
20.03.2025 against the petitioners herein, who are errrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2 in the aforesaid crime.
5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that since the 5th respondent by the complalnt lodged l'rad alleged of the petitioners having cheated it to the tune of Rs.75,00,000/-, the aforesaid crime has been registered with Central Crime Station.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that the petitioners rave been called to the police station only for the purpose of causing preliminary enquiry into the aforesaid crinre registered; and that the respondents-authorities are not interfering with the personal life and liberty of the petitioners
7. I have taken note of the respective contentions urged. B. Having regard to the submissions made as above, though the petitioners claim of existence of the business dispute with the unofficial respondent and no case is being registered against them for the authorities to interFere with their life and liberty, since, it is now stated to this Court that based on the complaint made by the liil- respondent the authorities having registered a case, vide Crime No.36 of 2025 i t 3 dt.20.03.2025, this Couft is of the view that the respondents-authorities are to be directed to conduct investigation into the aforesaid crime and take action therein, in accordance with law. 9 Subject to above direction, the Writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
