THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.9527 of 2O25 This writ petition is filed seeking following rglief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying aflidavit, the Petitioner pra3,s ttiat this Hontrle Court may be pleased to i) issue a writ or order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Maldamus to declaring the action of the respondents No.2 to 5 in not conducing the A.D. Survey Demarcation of the Petitioner Land in Sy.Nos. 122/L extent of Ac.lO.29 Gts and in addition to that an extent of larrd Ac-0-33 Gts in bearing Survey No. 122/A & Ac.O.25 Gts in bearing Survey no.121/A, total admeasuring Ac. 12.07 Gts, situated at Tattepally Village, Peddemul Manda], Vikarabad District which is illega1, arbitrarJ/ and illegal and consequently ii) direct the Respondents No.2 to 5 to conduct the A.D. Survey Demarcation of the Petitioner Land in Sy.Nos. 122/l ertent of Ac.1O-29 Gts and in addltion to that an extent of lard Ac.0.33 Gts in bearing Survey No. 122/A & Ac.O.25 Gts in bearing Survey no.l2ll{, total admeasuring Ac- 12.07 Gts, situated at Tattepally Village, Peddemul Mandal, Vikarabad District and record the correct extent of ownership as per the ORC (copy attached) also iii) direct the Respondents No.2 and 5 to cancel the illegal mutations and rectiff the land records according to documents of the Petitioner in the above said scheduled land pass such other orders as deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case-"

It is stated that the father of the petitioner Late Sri Syed Habeebullah Hussaini was the absolute owner and possessor of the agricultural land admeasuring to an extent of Acs. 1O.29 guntas in Survey No.122/L, Acs.-0.33 guntas in Suwey No.l22/A and Acs. 0.25 guntas in Survey No. 121/4, total admeasuring to arr extent of Acs. 12.07 guntas, situated at . Tattepally Village, Peddemul Mandal, Vikarabad District (for short, "the subject property'). It is further submitted that since the petitioner is the legal heir of Late Sri Syed Habeebullah Hussaini, he is the rightful '1 2 CVBR, J W.P.No.9527 of 2025 owner and possessor of the subject propergz. It is further stated that some unknown persons entering into the subject property of the petitioner and they are creating nuisance. The grievance of the pr: titioner is that respondent Nos.2 to 5 may be directed to conduct the .A.D. survq, and demarcation of the subject property of the petitioner as per the documents of the petitioner. 3. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 5 and with their consent, this writ petitircn is being disposed of at the admission stage.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 5 has submitted that the petitioner has not made the F-Line application and if the petitioner makes F-Line application duly enclosing all the necessary documents seeking for conducting survey of the subject property, the respondent authorities will consider the sarne.

In vieq,' of the above submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition permitting the petitioner to make an F-Line application, duly enclosing all the necessary documents and in the event of such an application being submitted by the petitioner and if the said application complies with a-11 the requirements of the circular instructions issued by the Commissioner, Survey, Settlements ald Land Records uide Rc.No.N 1 /65 43 / 99 dated 25.07.2OO t, Rc.No.N 1 / 1 4O8l07 dated t3.OZ .2OOZ 3 CVBR, J W.P.No.9527 of 2O25 and Rc.No.N2/ 174l /2010 dated 18.05.2010, respondent .authorities are directed to conduct survey and demarcation of the subject property within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt ofsuch application.
6. With the above observations, this Writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
