2. Heard Mr. V.Raja Shekar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government pleader for Finance appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 3.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner No.1 is the wife of the deceased, Late Sriramoju Jagadeeshwara Chary and Petitioner Nos.2 and 3 are the children (daughter and son). It is further submitted that while the husband of petitioner No.1 working as a School Assistant (Maths) in ZPH School at Eligaid, Eligaid Mandal, Peddapally District, passed away on t5.03.2024. It is further submitted that respondent No.4 issued a letter dated t6.O7.2024 vide LR. No.AG(A&E)/PLs/U)-66/FP27 /2024-06/ 7t69, for the payment of Gratuity and provided DCRG shares for the petitioners respectively. But, the same was not released by the respondent authorities.

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the death benefits of the deceased are already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released t I I I to the petitioners on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficiaries.
