VINOD KUMAR Writ Petition No. 9845 of 2025 ORDER Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri G.Aniketh Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at the admission stage.
2. Having regard to the manner of disposal of the Writ Petition at the admission stage and the nature of /s involved, this Court is of the view that notice to unofficial respondent Nos.3 to 6 is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition.
3. Shorn of unnecessary details, the case of the petitioner, in brief, is that he had purchased land admeasuring Ac.1.00 situated in Sy.No.136/E/1 of Vattinagulapally Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, under registered sale deed dt.24.08.2022 from its previous owner and the said land has also been mutated on to the name of the petitioner.
4. Petitioner fufther contends that respondent Nos.3 to 6, without having any semblance of title, are seeking to lay a claim to the subject land and are using the omces of the 2nd respondent, who is calling the petitioner to his police station and threatening to settle the dispute,
2. thereby, the 2nd respondent authority interfering in the civil dispute, which is not permitted in law.
5. Per contra, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.l and 2 submits that as of date, no complaint has been received against the petitioner, and as such, there was no necessity for them to call the petitioner to the police station as being claimed.
6. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that the petitioner apprehending that the unofficial respondents herein may approach the respondents-a uthorities and lodge a complaint has filed the present Writ Petition in anticipation.
7. The aforesaid submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader is taken on record. B. In view of the aforesaid submissions, since, on behalf of the respondents-a uthorities it is claimed that as of date no complaint is received against the petitioner nor any case is registered on the file of the 2nd respondent police station, this Court is of the view that the respondents-authorities are to be directed not to intefere with the personal life and liberty of the petitioner, and in the event of any complaint being made against the petitioner, the respondents-authorities shall take further action strictly in accordance with law. 3
9. Subject to above observation and direction. the Writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
