Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in similar circumstance this Court in W.P.No,8211 of 2025 bv order dated 19.03.2025, passed the following order:- "In oieu, of the aboae submissions mnde by botlr the parties and in terms of the order dated 28.02.2025 passed in W.P.No.6182 of 2025, this tttit petition is clisposed of directirtg respondtnt authoities to consider the petitioners' reprcsentatiotts/objections dated 30.0'1.2025, '14.02.2025, 05.03.2025 and ttt'ter giting fair opportunity of leaing to the petitioners, shall pnss npproprittte orders strictly in accordance toith latp, as expeditiously as possihle, preferably' zoithin a peiod of i! ,,2ia four (04) rueeks from the date oi reccipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to tlu petitioners."

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners further pray this Court to pass similar ordcr as passed in W.P.No.8211 of 2025 dated 79.03.2025.

5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents did not dispute the same.

In view of the above submissions made by both the parties and in terms of the order dated 19.03.2025 passed in W.P.No.8211 of 2025, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent authorities to consider the petitioners' representations/ objections r"{ated 01.02.2025, 03.02.2025 and 21,.03.2025 and after giving fair opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, shall pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioners.
