2. Heard Mr.Krishna Vellanki, learned counsel representing Mr.Kowturu Pavan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.D.Pradeep, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondent Nos. 2 to 4 are not proceeding with the investigation in Crime No. 234 of 2Ol7 and further contends that respondent No. 5, Director, Telangana State Forensic Science Laboratories, has failed to submit the forensic report. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking appropriate directions.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the crime was originally registered under Section 174 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, L973, as a suspicious death. The specific contention of the petitioners is that the respondent police authorities failed to investigate the matter' However, the development reported by the learned Assistant Government Pleader demonstrates that investigation has been completed and a final report has been frled before the competent Magistrate. In this position, as the proceedings have already been taken utrr by the Magistrate concerned, the appropriate remedies available to the petitioners lie before that Court' i

Having regard to this factual position, and reserving the right of the petitioners to avail appropriate remedies before the Magistrette concerned if the cause of action still survives, this writ petition is accord.ingly disposed of.
