3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Forests appearing for Respondent Nos.1 to 4 and learned Government pleader for Transport, appearing for respondent No.5 and perused the record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier petitioner approached this Court by way of filing W.p.No.7634 of 2023 seeking to release the vehicle bearing Ap 2g BW 0505 (Engine Number D13A2 151165) ald this Court by order dated, 77.3.2023, while disposing of the writ petition, directed the respondent No.3 therein to release the petitioner's vehicre i.e. Maruti suzuki Ertiga --t 2 , '.i.. bearing Regislration No'AP-28-BW-O505 (trngine Number D13A2151165) sr-rbject to the condition of petitioner furnishing the value of the vel-ricie as assessed by the Motor Vehicle Inspector through hxed rle posit receipt lrom ar-ry nationalized ban <' Learned counsel further submits that despite the said order of this Court dated 17.3.20211 in W'P'No'7634 of 2023' the respondent No'4' without assessin.g the value of the vehicle' issued the present impugned notic: dated 25 '4 '2023 ' It is further submitted by the learned. counsel that the petitioner has submitted an aPplication to the respondent No.5 on 22'3'2025, requesting to issue valuation certificate for his vehicle as per the above orders of this Court'

The learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents submits that the respondent No.S herein is not a party r-o the earlier writ petition ar.rl issuance of valuation certif,rcate is not within his knowledge, hov,r':ver, if the petitioner submits fresh application to respondent No' -, the same will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed'"\'ithin a stipulated period of time' as directed by this Court in W.P.Nrr.7634 of 2023 dated 17 '3'2023' 6 . Having r,: gard to the submissions made by the respective parties, the wit petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner I I I J I l i I To l I 3 herein to make an application to the respondent No.5 for issuance of valuation certifrcate within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon receipt of such application, the respondent No.s IS directed to issue valuation certificate in respect of petitioner,s vehicle as directed by this Court in W.P.No.7634 of 2023 d,ated, 17.3.2O23, strictly in accordance with law, without reference to the impugned notice issued by respondent No.4 dated 25.4.2023, and thereafter petitioner furnishing value of the vehicle through FDR as per the valuation certificate to be issued by respondent No.5, the respondents shall release the petitioner,s vehicle i.e. Maruti Suzuki Ertiga bearing Registration No.Ap_2g_BW_ 0505 (Engine Number D13A2 151165), as expeditiously as possible, preferabiy within a period of two weeks thereafter. 7 .
