2. Heard Mr. M.Bala Gangadharaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Medical, Health and Pamily Welfare Department appearing for the respondents.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has initially joined the service as Junior Assistant on 07.08.7992. Subsequently, he was promoted to the post of Senior Assistant on
15.05.2006. Respondent No.2 had hxed the inter-se-seniority of the Senior Assistant working in Tnne-II. However, despite his eligibility, the petitioner was not promoted to the post of Office Superintendent, on the ground of pendency of disciplinary proceedings. It is further submitted that the grievance of the petitioner is that his junior was promoted to the post of Superintendent on O1.O4.2O23, while his promotion was denied. Consequently, tl're petitioner filed W.P.No.11418 of 2023 before this Court, seeking a notional promotion to the post of Office Superintendent and seniorit5r on par ._ "_ .l 2 wP_9109 2025 RRN, J with his junior. This Court, by an interim order dated 06.07.2023, directed the respondents to consider the case of the, petitioner for promotion to the post of Office Superintendent, without reference to the charge memo dated 15.05.2014, in acc,:rdance with G.O.Ms.No.257, dated I0.06. 1999.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 06.07.2023, the respondents issued proceedings dated 06.10.2023 (vide No.6539 IGAD-2412022) promoting the petitioner to the post of Office S'uperintendent. The petitioner joined the said post on 19.1O.2O23 and performing his duties to the utmost satisfaction of all superiors.
5. karned counsel for the petitioner further sul>mits that the petitioner submitted a representation on 01. 1 1 .2024 to respondent No.2, requesting for regularizattorr of tris service and declaration of his probation in the promotion cadre. On 14.11.2024, respondent No.3 forwarded proposals regarding petitioner's regularization ald probation declaration to respondent No.2.

On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for Medical Health and Family Welfare Department, appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents would consider 'the representation submitted by the petitioner for regularization and probation declaration, and they have already forwarded the proposals to the concerned authorities and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law.

Having considered the submissions made by both the learned counsel, and without going into merits of the case, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated Ol.Ll.2O24 and pass appropriate orders in accordarce with law, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
9. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
