3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner No.1 is the wife of the deceased Late S'Bhaskar and Petitioner No.2 is the son. It is further submitted that while the petitioner No.l's husband was working as the Principal of Government Junior College, Peddamandadi of Wanaparthy District' passed away on 20.08.2024. Accordingly, 3'd respondent submitted pension papers to 5th respondent for verification and scrutiny of pensionary benefits. The 5th respondent has verified and sanctioned pensionary benefits of her late husband' by letter dated30.12.2024videLr.No.AG(A&E)lPls/|ll/B-26uFPg3l2024- -- " ;e-atf benefits of husband 1213569, for payment of Gra' { I I I I I I r' oF petitioner No.1. But, the same was not released by the respondent authorities.

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the death benefits of husband of petitiorrer No.1 is already procelssed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioners on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per seri;rtim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficiaries.

Having regard to the above submissions, this VVrit petition is disposed of directing the respondents trl release Gratuity Bill zrmount of Rs.16,00,00/- with Tokerr Nos.23980640, 2398046,23980648 and 23980652, Encashment of Earned Leave Bill amount of Rs.16,51,101/- with Token No.25.23651867, Surrender L,e;lve amount of Rs. t,O3,449/- w th Token No.2418928835, DA Arrears amount of Rs.1,45,699/- ,,vith Token No.25241895'1 7 apart from the General provident Ftrnd lies in GPF Account (r3PF Rs.5,95,579/-), pertaining to the l-rusband of petitioner No.1, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of ten ( I0) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
