5. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is being takcn up for disposal at the admission stage itseif.

This writ petition is filed seeking following praver: "to declare tlu action of the respondtnt authorities in not depositing tht entire decreetal nmount to the credit of tte E.p No.10 of 2023 ii O.P No.4 of 2020 on the fle of the Senior Ciuil ludge at iadwal, rc illegal, arbitrary nnd contrary to the Judgment of Larger Bench reported in 2005 (3) ALD 233 and consequently direct the respondent authorities to deposit the decreetal amoLLnts to the credit o.f the E.P No.10 of 2023 in o,p No 4 of 2020 on the file of the Se nior Ciuil ltLdge at Gntlrcal." 3 Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstance this Court in W.P.No.12837 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023, passed the following order:- , t "S.Haoing regard to the same, the Wit petition is disposed of anrt respondent No.S is lirected to deposit tlu dtcretal amount in terms of the order and decree, dated i0.03.2017, passed in O.p.No.65 of 2009 by the Senior Opil Judge, Gttdunl, to the *edtt of E.p.No.S of 2023 in O.P.No.65 of 2009 on tlu Jile of Senior Cipil ludge, Gadu,nl, as expeditiously as possible, nt nny rnte tpithin a gtriod of four (4) months from the dnte of receipt of n copy of tltis order.
